    Anna’s massages are very unique, I never had these kinds of massages in any other beauty salons. She uses her knowledge of Chinese medicine and the theory of meridian in her facial massages. I enjoyed both massages, they are very relaxing and at the same time very energized. Sometimes I felt pain in some areas on my face, I understand that means I have some problems with the body parts which are connected with those areas on face. After few minutes of massage on those areas the pain disappeared.  Usually I fall asleep at the last part of the massages.     Anna Girsova, the founder of Wellness Meridians HK, is a certified Sorensensistem™ Facial Reflexologist with a passion for holistic healing. Originally from Russia, she holds a Master’s degree in Asian Studies and has lived in Asia, including South Korea and Hong Kong, for over 25 years.

    Anna’s journey into Facial Reflexology began as a patient seeking alternative healing methods. Deeply impressed by the transformative effects of Facial Reflex Therapy (FRT) and inspired by its underlying philosophy, she decided to dedicate herself to mastering this innovative practice.

    In 2016, Anna began her studies in Facial Reflex Therapy and Japanese Cosmo Lift Therapy under the mentorship of Mariko Hiyama, a skilled practitioner and certified FRT teacher. Over the next three years, she deepened her knowledge through ongoing training, hands-on practice, and the support of many satisfied clients. In 2019, Anna completed her advanced training in Barcelona with Lone Sorensen, the internationally renowned reflexologist and creator of the SORENSENSISTEM™ method.

    To further expand her expertise, Anna has completed additional Sorensensistem courses, including the Muscles and Skeleton course, Method for Addictions, Detox and Brain Courses, enriching her ability to address a wide range of wellness needs.

    In April 2019, Anna established Wellness Meridians HK, combining her extensive training, personal experience, and passion to help clients achieve balance, vitality, and overall well-being.
